For more than I decade, I have used data, analytics, and technology to improve systems and processes. I have:
- designed experiements/trials in a clinical setting and evaluated results to improve cancer care;
- helped a multi-state healthcare organizations reduce costs, identify treatment gaps, and improve outcomes; and
- consulted with school districts to identify and reward internal talent through data.
In that time, I have developed practical knowledge of data systems, machine learning, and artificial intelligence; and used it to collaborate with a diverse array of subject matter experts: physicians, researchers, executives, and administrators.

I evaluate statistical models and design experiments in R--it has a leg up, having been developed by and for statisiticians. It is also excellent for rendering graphics and documents. |
I make use of python's machine learning packages and benefit from its extensive general programming capabilities well exceeding those of R. |
I write SQL queries to pull data at scale. I have also worked to develop databases and ETL processes for my own personal projects. |

Bash is incredibly useful for orchestrating tasks, managing services, as well as navigating and managing file systems. |
SAS is uniquely positioned in that it is the sole analytical language that guarantees its results, making it ideal for evaluating clincal trials. |
